The Body Beautiful - The Wilmington Art Association is sponsoring an exhibition and sale of "tasteful renderings of the human body" created by its members from March 27 (Fourth Friday Gallery Walk) through April 22, 2009 at The Wilmington Art Association Gallery, 616 Castle Street (910-343-4370) - downtown Wilmington. While the exhibition and sale begins Friday, March 27, the official opening and artist reception is Sunday, April 5 from 2-4 pm.
I hope you will be able to stop by the gallery sometime during the show dates and see my photographic images of The Body Beautiful, as well as the drawings and paintings of my fellow Wilmington Art Association artists. If not, I have reproduced the 10 images that I have created for this show. The two images below will be presented as 22"x34" Giclee prints (ink on canvas) framed in black wood (overall measurement is 26"x38"). The other 8 images are presented as 12"x18" photographic prints unframed, but matted (overall measurement is 18"x24"). All photographic prints can be enlarged and printed on either canvas or photographic paper to 24"x36". All giclee's and photographic prints are signed.
